Pakistan, Dec. 13 -- Two people were killed and several others injured in a Ukrainian drone strike on a residential building in Saratov. The attack occurred overnight, regional governor Roman Busargin said Saturday. Authorities confirmed the strike caused damage to multiple structures in the city.

Saratov lies on the Volga River, about 625 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. The city has been targeted repeatedly in recent years by drones attacking its oil refinery and nearby airbase. Local residents remain concerned about further attacks as tensions between Russia and Ukraine continue.
