Pakistan, June 16 -- A dispute over a Rs 100 tea bill turned violent when hotel staff allegedly attacked members of the Lucky Irani Circus, injuring five people - including a Ukrainian artist and her 9-year-old son, who lost an eye.
According to the FIR, the incident occurred late Tuesday night when the circus team arrived from Chowk Azam at Adda Pathan Hotel for dinner. When they questioned the high food bill, the hotel staff became abusive and called in reinforcements, who then physically assaulted the circus members. Ukrainian artist Oksana and her family were among the injured.
