Pakistan, Oct. 22 -- The United Kingdom has deployed a small number of military planning officers to Israel to join a US-led task force aimed at supporting stabilisation efforts in Gaza, the Defence Ministry confirmed. The officers have been embedded within the Civil-Military Coordination Centre (CMCC), a newly formed body created to ensure post-conflict stability following the fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. The deployment, which includes a two-star British deputy commander, highlights the UK's commitment to maintaining close coordination with international partners in pursuit of long-term peace in the region.
