Pakistan, July 8 -- Turkiye's foreign minister Hakan Fidan and defense minister will visit Pakistan on Wednesday. They will hold talks with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The agenda includes strengthening bilateral ties, discussing regional peace, and boosting defense industry cooperation.

Turkiye showed strong support for Pakistan during its military clash with India in May. This move angered India and caused tensions. Indian grocery shops and online retailers boycotted Turkish products. India also canceled a Turkish aviation company's clearance citing national security concerns.
