Pakistan, July 14 -- U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Sunday that the United States will send Patriot air defense missiles to Ukraine, calling them essential to protect civilians from relentless Russian missile and drone strikes. "He talks nice but then he bombs everybody in the evening," Trump said of Russian President Vladimir Putin, accusing him of false diplomacy.
While Trump did not specify how many missile batteries would be sent, he made clear that Ukraine would pay 100% of the costs, and the European Union would reimburse the U.S., signaling a broader allied effort.
