Pakistan, June 17 -- US President Donald Trump has denied claims that he returned to Washington to push for a ceasefire between Iran and Israel. Instead, he stated that the situation is much bigger and aims for a complete resolution of the conflict. His statement came after French President Emmanuel Macron claimed Trump left the G7 Summit in Canada to negotiate a truce.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump accused Macron of being misleading and seeking media attention. He clarified that his return had nothing to do with a ceasefire.
