Pakistan, June 14 -- Lawmakers in the National Assembly on Friday voiced divergent views on the federal budget for fiscal year 2025-26, with treasury members terming it as a balanced and people-centric, while the opposition members said it lacked steps for poor people.
Participating in the general debate, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MNA Samina Khalid Ghurki welcomed the government's initiative to send 1,000 agricultural graduates to China for training in modern farming techniques.
