Pakistan, July 17 -- Another case of Congo virus has been confirmed in Karachi, making it the third reported infection in the city this year. The latest patient, a 33-year-old man, was admitted to Jinnah Hospital's Ward 5 after showing severe symptoms consistent with the virus.

According to hospital officials, the man was brought in a semi-conscious condition with high fever and other signs of infection. After a PCR test was conducted, the results confirmed that he was infected with the Congo virus.
