Pakistan, June 27 -- A woman was killed and 20 others wounded on Friday in Israeli airstrikes across southern Lebanon, according to the Lebanese health ministry. The strikes, described as heavy and successive, targeted areas in and around Nabatiyeh, where Israel claims Hezbollah operates key infrastructure.

The most severe strike hit an apartment in Nabatiyeh, killing a woman and injuring at least 13 others. Another round of airstrikes in nearby areas wounded seven more people, authorities confirmed. Lebanese state media reported that an Israeli drone was involved in the initial apartment attack.
