Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- Pakistan's two largest dams, Tarbela and Mangla, are nearly full, raising concerns about potential flooding in nearby areas. Tarbela Dam has reached 94% of its total storage capacity, while Mangla Dam stands at 91%. Authorities have issued alerts, especially for areas downstream, as the Indus River at Tarbela is showing signs of a low-level flood, although other major rivers remain stable.

As per the latest figures, the water level at Tarbela Dam is currently 1544 feet, just six feet below its maximum level of 1550 feet.
