Pakistan, July 16 -- The detailed investigation report on the Swat tragedy has been submitted to the Peshawar High Court (PHC), according to official sources on Tuesday.
The 384-page report covers preparations before and after the floods, and the suspension of responsible officials.
The report, prepared by a designated inquiry committee, includes statements from 10 officers and individuals held accountable for the incident. It reveals that three days after the Swat tragedy, the Chief Minister ordered an operation against illegal encroachments in the affected areas.
