ISLAMABAD, July 6 -- The Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Committee has officially issued new regulations for 2025, aiming to bring more clarity and flexibility to judicial operations. The updated rules were approved on May 29 under the leadership of Chief Justice Yahya Afridi.
According to the official notification, the regulations are now effective under the Supreme Court (Practice and Procedure) Act, 2023. The committee comprises Chief Justice Afridi, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, and Justice Aminuddin, ensuring high-level oversight in court procedures.
