Pakistan, July 24 -- Over the past four and a half years, Pakistan has faced 79 suicide attacks that claimed the lives of 690 people and left more than 1,300 injured. These deadly incidents have mostly targeted crowded places, security forces, and public gatherings. The growing number of attacks continues to raise concerns about the country's internal security.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa suffered the most with 54 suicide bombings during this period, making it the hardest-hit region. Balochistan followed with 19 attacks, while Sindh recorded four and Punjab only one. The data highlights the urgent need for improved security measures, especially in areas repeatedly targeted.
