South Africa defeated Pakistan by 25 runs in a rain-affected second ODI at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. Pakistan chased a revised DLS target of 313 in 46 overs but were bowled out for 287 in 44.4 overs. Despite Sidra Amin's second successive century, the home side fell short in the three-match series.

Sidra Amin scored 122 off 110 balls with 13 boundaries. Natalia Pervaiz added 73 off 89 deliveries, sharing a 146-run partnership for the fourth wicket. Omaima Sohail contributed 43 runs, but Pakistan lost momentum after Sidra's dismissal, losing their remaining seven wickets for just 40 runs.
