Pakistan, Aug. 2 -- Sindh Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon told the Sindh Assembly on Friday that the transport department was not responsible for delays in the Red Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project. He clarified that both local experts and international consultants were actively monitoring the project's progress to ensure smooth implementation despite challenges.

While responding to questions from lawmakers, he explained that shifting utility connections-like gas and water lines-was one of the biggest hurdles during construction.
