Pakistan, July 11 -- Iqbal Detho, Chairperson of the Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC), has shared his thoughtful concern over the persistent mistreatment and lack of social security for citizens working in brick kilns across the province.

"It is alarming that despite the existence of the Bonded Labor System (Abolition) Act,2015, and the Sindh Child Protection Authority Act, 2011, the ground realities remain largely unchanged for thousands of workers," he said.
