ISLAMABAD, May 14 -- Former Pakistan pacer Shoaib Akhtar has accused the International Cricket Council (ICC) of biased behaviour, after the cricket governing body's Twitter account trolled him for claiming that it would merely take him four balls to dismiss Australia's star batsman Steve Smith. Earlier this week, the official ICC account trolled the former pacer in a subtle manner. The account tweeted three pictures. In the first picture Basketball legend, Michael Jordan looks down to something. In the next picture, it is revealed as Akhtar's tweet.
