Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif declared that lasting peace and normal relations between Pakistan and India cannot be achieved without resolving the long-standing Kashmir dispute. Addressing an Overseas Pakistanis Convention in London, he criticised New Delhi's rigid approach and urged India to behave like a cooperative neighbour rather than a hostile one.
