Pakistan, July 30 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif launched the Pak Business Express on Tuesday at Lahore Railway Station. The train will run between Lahore and Karachi. It will complete the journey in about 18.5 hours. The service includes modern ticketing systems, upgraded lounges, and European-style travel features. It aims to serve both elite and regular passengers.
While speaking at the launch, Shehbaz praised Federal Minister Hanif Abbasi. He credited him for reviving Pakistan Railways. He also acknowledged Khawaja Saad Rafique's past contributions. These include upgrading stations and recovering railway land. The prime minister called the project a big step forward for the rail sector.
