Pakistan, May 9 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep satisfaction over the record increase in workers' remittances, which have reached an unprecedented level of 31.2 billion dollars during the first ten months of the ongoing fiscal year, from July 2024 to April 2025. This reflects a significant 31 percent rise compared to the same period last year and is being hailed as a clear indicator of the overseas Pakistani community's trust in the country's economic direction.
