Actor and director Shamoon Abbasi has accused the makers of HUM TV's new drama Jinn Ki Shadi Unki Shadi, starring Wahaj Ali and Sehar Khan, of erasing his writing credits.

The drama's official credits on YouTube and the HUM TV website list Syed Nabeel as the writer, Saife Hasan as the director, and Momina Duraid Productions as the production house. Abbasi's name is absent.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, Abbasi claimed not only to have written the screenplay but also to have coined the drama's title.
