Pakistan, July 14 -- The search operation for missing crew members of the ship Eternity C, which was sunk by Yemen's Houthi rebels in the Red Sea, has officially ended. At least four people are now presumed dead, while 11 others remain unaccounted for, according to private security firms Ambrey and Diaplous Group.
The Eternity C, a Liberian-flagged, Greek-owned bulk carrier, was attacked on July 7. The vessel endured hours of assaults involving small arms and explosive-laden drones before it eventually sank. Notably, the ship had a three-man security team onboard but had not requested escort protection from U.S. or EU naval forces.
