The Lahore district administration announced that all public and private schools in the city will reopen from September 1, while institutions in flood-affected areas will remain closed until further notice.

According to the official notification, classes will resume across Lahore under government orders, but authorities stressed that safety concerns in flood-hit localities make it necessary to extend the closure there.
