Pakistan, Oct. 20 -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has released Rs 3.584 million for the medical treatment of children of police employees suffering from serious illnesses.
According to a Punjab Police spokesperson, the welfare grants were approved after detailed scrutiny by the Welfare Management Committee. The assistance covers medical expenses for several officers and personnel whose children are undergoing treatment for critical health conditions.
