Pakistan, June 27 -- SIALKOT - The River Chenab has entered a low-flood level at Head Marala following a recent spell of heavy rainfall in its upstream catchment areas. The situation is being closely monitored by the local irrigation department to prevent any potential overflow or flood-related emergencies in the surrounding regions.

According to officials from the irrigation department, the water inflow at Head Marala was recorded at 121,233 cusecs on Thursday evening. Meanwhile, the outflow stood slightly lower at 117,885 cusecs, indicating a manageable discharge rate despite the increased volume of water.
