Pakistan, June 21 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced a reward for more than 100,000 workers of the Suthra Punjab Programme. The reward money will be distributed on June 21 to appreciate their efforts during the Eid-ul-Adha cleanliness operation. These workers worked hard in tough weather to keep the cities clean. Their dedication helped maintain high cleanliness standards across Punjab during the festival.
The government will hold ceremonies at the tehsil level across Punjab to give out the rewards. Punjab Local Government Minister Zeeshan Rafiq chaired a meeting where this plan was finalized.
