Pakistan, Aug. 1 -- The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab organized a 'Sunwai Seminar' at the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) to create awareness about its mandate, complaint registration process, and available facilities.

Ombudsman Punjab Advisor Arif Anwar Baloch, who was the chief guest, delivered a detailed presentation on the structure, powers, and free-of-cost grievance redressal mechanism of the institution.

"Lodging a complaint takes only 10 minutes and citizens can file complaints via Helpline 1050, the Mobile APP (OPMIS), the website, or by visiting their nearest regional office," he added.
