Pakistan, July 24 -- The Punjab government has decided to digitalise legislative work by purchasing 400 tablets for provincial lawmakers, aiming to modernise the Punjab Assembly's operations. The move is part of a broader digital transformation project, reported 24NewsHD on Thursday.

According to details, the Parliamentary Affairs Department will spend Rs80 million on buying the tablets. These devices will allow lawmakers to review and pass legislation using touch screens instead of traditional paper methods.
