Pakistan, July 21 -- The Punjab government on Sunday launched "School on Wheels", "Library on Wheels", and a Mobile Library Project to foster a culture of reading among children across the province.
According to a private news channel, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has approved a groundbreaking initiative aimed at promoting education in remote areas of the province.
The "School on Wheels" project will operate through solar-powered electric rickshaws, bringing basic education directly to children in far-flung areas.
These mobile schools will include foldable chairs, a canopy for shade, and teaching material, with teachers conducting classes in open spaces within neighborhoods and villages.
