Pakistan, Oct. 19 -- The Punjab government has announced the creation of a Special Unit within the Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) to strengthen tax collection and improve efficiency across the province. The new unit will include professionals such as tax consultants, legal experts, data analysts, and enforcement officers, ensuring a more coordinated and data-driven approach. Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has set an October 30 deadline to expand the authority's functions across 30 districts, directing officials to meet targets without delay.
