Pakistan, Jan. 25 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has directed authorities to complete the Punjab Development Plan by June 2026, aiming to transform cities through cleaner environments, improved infrastructure, and modern urban facilities.

She issued these instructions while chairing a high-level meeting that reviewed progress on all ongoing projects, stressing transparency, efficiency, and strict adherence to timelines.

During the meeting, deputy commissioners from several districts, including Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Vehari, Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, and Kasur, presented detailed progress reports directly to the chief minister.
