Pakistan, July 29 -- The Punjab Livestock Department has launched a strong crackdown against illegal livestock breeding activities across the province. In a major raid, officials seized 931 unregistered semen doses from a well-known private semen distribution company in Lahore. The operation was led by Dr. Mujahid, Deputy Director of Lahore City Tehsil, with support from his enforcement team.

The recovered semen included genetic material from both local and foreign breeds, none of which were registered with the Livestock Breeding Services Authority (LBSA).
