Pakistan, Dec. 5 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has directed the installation of bodycams on all Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) Force personnel to improve transparency and accountability.
The decision was announced during a high-level review meeting in Lahore, where the CM received a detailed briefing on the force's performance and operational challenges across the province.
Maryam Nawaz emphasized that while laws must be enforced strictly, the public should always be treated with respect, friendliness, and professionalism to maintain trust and goodwill.
