Pakistan, Oct. 2 -- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif inaugurated the Nawaz Sharif Cardiology Centre in Samli, Murree on Wednesday.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, she said the state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a Cardiac Catheterization Lab and modern medical technologies. She added cardiologists and support staff will be available at the centre round the clock to ensure uninterrupted care.

She noted this marks the first renovation and upgradation of the Syed Muhammad Hussain Government Samli Hospital since its establishment in 1930.

To facilitate patients traveling from Murree to Samli Hospital, the Chief Minister also announced the provision of three dedicated buses.
