Pakistan, Aug. 9 -- The Pakistan Stock Exchange's (PSX) benchmark KSE-100 Index turned around to bearish trend on Friday, losing 264.34 points, a positive change of 0.18 percent, closing at 145,382.80 points against 145,647.14 points last trading day. A total of 548,050,956 shares were traded during the day as compared to 712,527,450 shares the previous trading day, whereas the price of shares stood at Rs 45.488 billion against Rs 55.677 billion on the last trading day. As many as 482 companies transacted their shares in the stock market, 151 of them recorded gains and 296 sustained losses, whereas the share price of 35 companies remained unchanged.
