Pakistan, June 18 -- The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has issued a legal notice to an individual named Tariq Pervez for the unauthorised use of the title "Pakistan" by an unrecognised body styling itself as the "Pakistan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation," the board's spokesperson confirmed on Tuesday.

According to the PSB, the entity in question is neither affiliated with nor recognised by the board, yet it has been using the country's name in its official title, promotional content, and social media platforms, a move that the board says constitutes a serious violation of its constitution and national laws.
