Pakistan, Aug. 4 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has paid rich tribute to Pakistan's police forces for their sacrifices and courageous role in fighting terrorism across the country. In a message marking Police Martyrs' Day, he expressed deep gratitude to officers who continue to serve the nation in difficult conditions, far from their families. He said their dedication has protected millions from violence and saved countless lives.
He highlighted that over 8,000 police personnel have laid down their lives in the war against terrorism.
