Pakistan, Aug. 5 -- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has urged the international community to press India to reverse its unilateral actions in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), taken on August 5, 2019. He said the resolution of the Kashmir dispute remains central to Pakistan's foreign policy and called for action against India's ongoing human rights violations in the region.
In his message on Youm-e-Istehsal, the prime minister reiterated Pakistan's strong condemnation of India's illegal steps aimed at changing the region's demography and political identity. He emphasized that these actions defy international laws and United Nations Security Council resolutions.
