LONDON: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday appealed to the people protesting in Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) to end their demonstrations, saying the government had already accepted 36 out of their 38 demands. He promised to meet AJK leaders after returning to Pakistan.
Talking to the media in London, Shehbaz said he had the full support of his brother, former prime minister Nawaz Sharif. He also mentioned his recent meetings with world leaders, including US President Donald Trump, and said that all major decisions are taken together with Army Chief General Asim Munir.
