Pakistan, Feb. 9 -- Islamabad hosted the inaugural Indus AI Week 2026, with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif highlighting nationwide efforts to promote artificial intelligence and digital reforms aimed at preparing Pakistan's youth for the modern economy.
Addressing the ceremony, PM Shehbaz Sharif said the government is implementing comprehensive measures to equip young people with advanced technological skills, including distributing laptops to high-achieving students and establishing e-libraries across educational institutions.
