Pakistan, July 8 -- PESHAWAR - A tragic house fire in Peshawar's Koochi Bazar area on Tuesday claimed the lives of four people, including two women, while two others sustained serious injuries. The fire, believed to have started due to a short circuit, spread rapidly and engulfed the entire house within minutes.

Rescue 1122 spokesperson Bilal Ahmed Faizi confirmed that six critically injured individuals were pulled from the burning house and rushed to the hospital. Unfortunately, four of them - Rafiq, Shehnaz, Riaz, and Riaz's wife - could not survive the injuries caused by the intense blaze.
