Pakistan, Jan. 24 -- The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab has issued an alert warning of rain and snowfall across the province. The warning covers hilly and lowland areas from January 26 to 27. Authorities have placed all relevant departments on 24-hour alert to manage emergencies.
Most districts, including Lahore, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Multan, Faisalabad, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Bahawalpur, are expected to receive rainfall during this period. Residents have been urged to stay cautious and follow advisories issued by local administrations. Officials stressed that precautions are vital to avoid accidents and disruptions.
