Pakistan, July 7 -- A Pakistani startup, Bioniks, has brought smiles to war-affected children by delivering custom-made prosthetic limbs to young survivors of the Gaza conflict. One of the recipients, eight-year-old Sidra Al Bordeeni, rode a bicycle for the first time in a year after receiving her new arm in a Jordanian refugee camp.

Sidra lost her arm in a missile strike while sheltering at Nuseirat School in Gaza. Her family couldn't leave due to the war and collapsed health services. The prosthetic, designed over 4,000 kilometers away in Karachi, was made using a 3D modeling app and remote consultations with Bioniks, marking their first international delivery.
