Pakistan, Jan. 23 -- Pakistan has intensified its call at the United Nations (UN) for strengthening international law and reforms the Security Council, warning that selective adherence to treaties and the rise of parallel diplomatic initiatives risk undermining the authority of the world body at a time of escalating global conflict.
