Pakistan, June 25 -- Pakistan has strongly reaffirmed its support for resolving the Iran nuclear issue through peaceful means, dialogue, and diplomacy, rejecting the use of force and unlawful military strikes. At a United Nations Security Council meeting, Pakistan's UN Ambassador, Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, emphasized the urgent need to revive or replace the 2015 nuclear deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), before it expires in October 2025.
