Pakistan, July 17 -- Pakistan has strongly urged the global community to ensure the immediate supply of food and fuel to Gaza, where people continue to suffer from severe shortages. Speaking at a UN meeting on the Middle East, Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, said that famine in Gaza must not be tolerated any longer. He warned that innocent Palestinians are dying due to hunger while the world watches in silence.
