Islamabad, Feb. 10 -- Pakistan's overseas workers' remittances reached $3.5 billion in January, according to the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Cumulatively, remittances grew 11.3 percent to $23.2 billion during July-January FY26, compared to $20.9 billion in the same period last year.

On a year-to-year basis, remittances increased by 15.4 percent. The top sources were Saudi Arabia ($739.6 million), UAE ($694.2 million), the UK ($572.1 million), and the US ($294.7 million). December 2025 had seen the highest inflows of the fiscal year at $3.6 billion.
