Pakistan, July 4 -- Pakistan is ramping up efforts to attract foreign investment in its road infrastructure sector, with Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan holding crucial meetings in Tianjin, China, with top officials from China Road and Bridge Corporation (CRBC) and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

During talks with CRBC Chairman Du Fei, the minister presented major highway ventures, including the Mansehra-Naran-Jhal Kand Motorway, as high-potential opportunities. Du Fei expressed strong interest in expanding CRBC's role in Pakistan, recalling the company's long-standing involvement in national infrastructure projects like the Karakoram Highway, Sukkur Bypass, and Karachi Coastal Highway.
