Pakistan, Oct. 21 -- Pakistan has launched its first National Semiconductor Program, marking a major step toward becoming a regional tech power. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif called the initiative "extremely important" and said it would shape the country's future. He added that "those who control semiconductors and AI will control the world," stressing the global value of these technologies.
Speaking at the launch of the 'Inspire Initiative' in Islamabad, the prime minister said Pakistan is rich in natural resources.
