Pakistan, Oct. 14 -- Pakistan is expected to experience one of its coldest winters in decades due to the La Nina climate phenomenon. The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UN-OCHA) warns this could worsen living conditions for flood-affected families. The cold will hit the mountainous regions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Gilgit Baltistan (GB) especially hard.
